35 Year Reunion Payment

Hello Classmates!

We are officially four weeks away from our reunion weekend, JULY 26-28 and excited to see everyone! We are running way late in generating payment via our class website if you plan to pay by credit card, and with that said there is a tight turnaround to pay if we want to receive our monies by JULY 24. There’s a total of 14 days for the funds to hit our class account so we can withdraw to pay for the event. The only day that we are requiring payment for is the Saturday night gathering at the Elks Lodge.

If you plan to attend, please register on our website immediately (if you have not already). Credit card payment on our website must be received no later than JULY 10 (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you are able, we would appreciate payment prior to the deadline. Apologies for the tight turnaround. If you are sending a check, it needs to arrive by JULY 15 so please take into consideration the time frame of how many days it will take to arrive if you are sending a check from out of state.

COST

$32 per person if you are paying by credit card via our website (includes the processing fee)

$30 per person if you are sending a check

$30 per person if you come last minute and paying at the door, 7:00PM (we will accept cash only and exact amount as we will not have a cash box for change)

$10 per person if you come after 9:00PM (cash only and exact amount)

 

If you plan to pay at the door, please register on our website (option for 7:00PM and 9:00PM) and send an email to ohhs1984@yahoo.com with the subject "Pay At The Door". Include your name, how many will be coming, and if you are coming at 7:00PM or 9:00PM. If for some reason one of these options have a glitch, we will have backup to confirm. The deadline to register and send this email is JULY 15. We will create a master list of confirmed attendees as well as those paying at the door.

Please check the 35 Year Reunion Info tab on our website for events and activities information. The Friday Night Meet & Greet (July 26) and Sunday Picnic (July 28) information pages have been activated and will require for you register if you will be attending and how many in your party. This is only for headcount purposes only. No cost is associated.
